Il progetto prevede la ridistribuzione degli ambienti interni. Lo stato attuale presenta una divisione troppo serrata dei locali. La nuova distribuzione è pensata per migliorare la vivibilità della zona giorno, creando un open-space che viene diviso idealmente dal disegno dei controsoffitti, e ottimizzare la zona notte, con l’aggiunta di un bagno e un ripostiglio.
Una peculiarità del progetto è l’utilizzo della spina centrale della casa per l’inserimento di nicchie e armadi a muro.
The project involves the ridistribution of the internal spaces. The current layout shows a forced division of spaces. The new distribution is thought out to create an open-space for the living, which is ideally divided thanks to the addition of false ceilings, and the optimisation of the bedroom area, with the addition of a bathroom and a closet.
The unique feature of the project is the utilisation of the central spine of the house for the insertion of build-in wardrobes.
