Monitorando progetto, progressi, costi e qualità, viene fornito un costante servizio di supporto agli appaltatori, in modo da scongiurare lo sviluppo di carenze costruttive prima che siano realizzate o coperte da materiali di finitura successivi, raccomandando il miglior insieme di strumenti e metodi necessari a correggerle e garantire la conformità finale della costruzione oltre che la sicurezza di tutte le figure che operano all’interno del cantiere.

The architect is eyes and ears of the client within the construction site. The completeness of the project, the accuracy of the bill of quantities and the organization with the construction companies before the start of each activity are all fundamental elements for the correct success of the project. By monitoring the project, progress, cost and quality, a constant support service is provided to contractors. This is essential in order to avoid any construction deficiencies before they are made or covered by subsequent finishing materials, recommending the best set of tools and methods necessary to correct them and ensure the final conformity of the construction as well as the safety of all the people operating within the construction site.
